This is Cassandra, made off 2 tutorials, one by Xandorra and one that I lost :( and she's the 1st doll i made on PSP! 
The Little Mermaid here was made for a BOTM challenge at FracturedFairytales.net and I don't especially like her because she's so plain. I was going to add accessories and crap, but I had another doll to finish and didn't feel like going back.
