Ahh...School is nearing once again...time again for crappy lunches, boring teachers, and no free time. There's so much i
didn't do and all that stuff i have to cram in the next few weeks. I admit that it is getting a little boring sitting here
at home licenseless in the day but oh those summer nights...anyway here's my thoughts on this summer.
~*~Cool Things~*~
1) Kentucky
It was my second year going on this mission trip and i was a little nervous. Only 2 other people I knew went and the rest
were all from Caledonia in Fr. Leif's new parish. This year i had more of an amazing experience than last year because i didn't
know 20 people could bond like that in just one week.
2) Washington D.C.
This was cool in a different way of bonding. All these people in my class and in the junior class, well I knew them, but
it wasn't until D.C. that i got closer to them. That sounds too sentimental. D.C. was all about having a blast with people
who didn't care how stupid you acted as long as you were fun to be around.
3) The county fair
Since I'm writing about new friends here I can hardly leave out the people i met during fair week. I don't think I've
ever had that much fun just sitting around in a pig barn and I will always regret missing out on the water fight.
Unfortunatly I also have a few regrets...#1 would have to be the Killers concert. Heather, next year we are so gonna go and
listen to that *glamorous indie rock n roll*! Another quick regret is that whole shot club thing (sorry Mr. Riggin!) So much
for 15,000 and 2 shirts, right now i'm 200+ short of 5,000. There were too many better things to do...like sit around and
watch TV :P
As much as this summer rocked...I can't wait already for next summer. I got one last word for ya
license!! :)
