Today's Topic: My big To-Do List

This is a list of all the things I am going to do in my lifetime. I know I didn't put down the usual things like go to college, get married, have kids, blah blah blah. Not because I don't want to do those things, but these are more exciting.

#1) Go skydiving

If someone came up to me today and told me I could go skydiving for free right now I probably would not go through with it. That's a little high on the thrill seeker scale for me right now, but I swear I will eventually...

#2) Watch the Twins play the Yankees in Yankee Stadium

I fully expect to get stoned for even saying the "Y" word, but Yankee Stadium just holds something....I can't think of the word for it. I don't necessarily have to like the team playing in it though.

#3) Go on a cruise ship

Don't those commercials just make you drool and wish for summer vacation? I want to spend a week in tropical paradise without anything loud or chaotic to bother me.

#4) Learn how to surf

This partially goes with the paradise beaches from above, but it just looks so fun and so laid-back. I think I could really get into it. Too bad we don't even live close to a lake. I'll just have to practice in the creek.

#5) Get a grand piano

Grand pianos have this majesty to them that just makes other pianos seem like a piece of crap. Every time I play one the tone just makes people want to listen because it's not the player's skill you're listening to anymore, it's the sound of the piano. I could play "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" on a grand piano and it would be one of the most beautiful piano pieces you have ever heard me play.

#6) Ride in a race car

No, the street stocks and modifieds do not count. The only cars qualifying for this list are A) Nascar Winston Cup cars (preferrably Junior's, Ryan Newman's, or Jimmie Johnson's.) or B) An O'Reilly World Of Outlaws Sprint Car

#7) Go visit a genuine haunted house

I will not give up until I see a ghost! I guess I don't really believe in ghosts...but if I saw one I would. My house is haunted, remember?? :P

#8) Go up in a hot air balloon

Up up up and away. This one's pretty self explanatory

#9) Climb a mountain

I'm not shooting for Everest or anything like that. I just want to look down from the peak of an actual mountain. (Driving up does not count, and a hill doesn't count as a mountain either!)

#10) Watch the sunset while laying down on a hill.

That sounds pretty pathetic, but it's just this scene I've always pictured myself doing and I've never watched a whole sunset. Besides, all that exciting stuff is going to get boring after a while.

Those are 10 things I am going to do sometime in my life. When I am 30 or something and I haven't done any of these things, somebody show me this list because I swear I am going to go through with these the best I can. If you're actually reading this, I would suggest making your own list so I am not the only one who goes skydiving. If you make a list email it to me because I want to see it.
